01 - 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

07 - 6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
08 - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, whole milk
09 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
10 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
11 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ For the Dressing

12 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
14 - 1 teaspoon honey
15 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
