# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The combination of three different greens creates layers of flavor you simply cant get from using just one type.
  • Its my secret weapon for feeling virtuous about my eating habits while actually enjoying every bite.
02 -
  • Dont crowd the pan or your greens will steam rather than sauté, robbing you of their best texture.
  • Adding the salt too early can make the greens release too much water and become soggy instead of silky.
03 -
  • Tear the kale leaves rather than cutting them if you have time, as this helps them break down more naturally during cooking.
  • Finish with the tiniest drizzle of your best olive oil just before serving to add a fresh dimension to the flavor profile.
