01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt butter in small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
03 - Combine almonds with melted butter, salt, cinnamon, and honey in large bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
04 - Spread almonds in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
06 - Remove from oven and let cool completely on baking sheet. Almonds will crisp as they cool.
