# How-To Steps:

- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chopped almonds, oats, and shredded coconut. Toast for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly golden. Stir in coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, and a pinch of sea salt. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the mixture is crisp. Transfer to a plate to cool.
- In a high-speed blender, combine mango, passionfruit pulp, frozen banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup if using, and chia seeds if using. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk to adjust consistency.
- Divide the smoothie base evenly between two bowls. Top with sections of almond crumble, fresh mango cubes, passionfruit pulp, coconut flakes, sliced banana, and mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately while cold and enjoy!
