# What You’ll Need:

01 - 6 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, romaine), washed and dried

→ Nuts & Seeds

02 - 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), roughly chopped
03 - 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)

→ Citrus

04 - 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
05 - 1 large grapefruit, peeled and segmented
06 - Zest of 1 lemon

→ Dressing

07 - 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
08 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
09 - 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
10 - 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
11 - 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
12 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

13 - 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese (optional)
14 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint or basil
