05 - 2 teaspoons chia seeds, optional for thickness
06 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, optional and adjusted to taste

09 - ¼ cup fresh pineapple, diced
10 - 2 tablespoons granola, gluten-free if needed
11 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or hemp seeds, optional
