# How-To Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss zucchini, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
