02 - Rinse quinoa thoroughly under cold water using a fine mesh strainer. Shake off excess water and spread on a clean kitchen towel to dry for 5–10 minutes.
03 - In a medium bowl, toss dried quinoa with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
04 - Spread seasoned quinoa in a thin, even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring every 7–8 minutes, until quinoa is golden brown and crisp.
06 - Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving or storing.
