01 - 1 small raw beet, peeled and diced
02 - 1 medium carrot, peeled and diced

03 - 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, fresh or frozen)
04 - 1 medium banana, peeled

→ Liquids

05 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
06 - ½ cup orange juice

→ Flavor & Add-Ins

07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
08 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
09 - ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger (optional)
10 - Ice cubes (as desired)
