# What You’ll Need:

01 - 5 oz mixed baby greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
02 - 1 cup baby kale, torn

03 - 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
04 - 1 ruby grapefruit, peeled and segmented
05 - 1 blood orange or tangerine, peeled and segmented

06 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
07 - 1/4 cup toasted pistachios or sliced almonds
08 - 2 oz crumbled goat cheese or feta (optional)

→ Citrus Vinaigrette

09 - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
10 - 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
11 - 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
12 - 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
13 - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
14 - Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

04 - Scatter thinly sliced red onion, toasted pistachios or almonds, and crumbled goat cheese or feta if using over the salad.
